Kentucky Pecan Pie

  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 – 9 in. deep dish unbaked pie shell
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Combine chocolate chips, nuts, eggs, sugar, butter, flour, and vanilla and mix well.
Pour into pie shell and bake for 1 hour.
Allow to cool before slicing.
